Every package has a fixed price and a written scope before work starts. If something falls outside it, you get a quote before it gets done.

    Two or three interviews, up to five workflows mapped, and a written plan ranking 3 to 5 fixes by hours saved and cost. Includes tool recommendations and notes on what data should stay out of AI tools. Credited toward any project you sign within 30 days. For businesses with fewer than 10 people; larger teams get a quote after the intro call.

    A written AI use policy, a list of data that never goes into AI tools, an approved tool list, and a 90-minute training session for up to 10 people.

Monthly retainers

Retainers start after a package and run a three-month minimum.

  • Advisor

    $1,000/month5 hours

    A monthly working session, email answers within 2 business days, and help with tool and vendor questions.

  • Operator

    $2,500/month15 hours

    Everything in Advisor, plus building and maintaining automations and fixing what breaks.

  • Fractional Ops & Product Lead

    $5,000/month30 hours

    A weekly meeting, ownership of your systems roadmap, and management of vendors and contractors.

Unused hours roll forward one month, then expire. Hours past your tier bill at $150.

Hourly

  • Standard

    $175/hour, one-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.

  • Prepaid 10-hour block

    $1,500, used within 90 days.

  • Advisory call

    90 minutes plus a written recap the next business day, $250.

How we work together

  • Fixed fees are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Invoices are due in 15 days and can be paid online by card or bank transfer.
  • Scope is written down before work starts. Anything outside it gets a quote before it gets done.
  • You pay for software subscriptions directly and own every account, automation and file we build.
  • No customer data goes into an AI tool without your written approval.
  • We give operational advice, not legal, tax or investment advice.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?
Yes. We work with small businesses anywhere in the US, by video call.
What does the Operations & AI Review cost?
