Trudari brings more than 20 years of experience from inside Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded software companies, late-stage startups and pre-revenue ventures built from scratch.
That experience covers payments and card processing, payroll and benefits, SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces, customer service platforms and retail. Much of it came from products built for small businesses: the payment systems behind restaurant and retail checkouts, and the payroll and benefits setup a company needs when it hires its first employee.
It also includes building a software platform from zero, with a marketplace, online payments and a children's privacy program, using AI coding tools under a written review process. Client work runs the same way. AI drafts, a person checks, and nothing goes live on trust.
Every engagement is led by senior people and never handed off to a junior team.
Where the name comes from
In sports, the best player in the game is often called The Truth. Hodari is Swahili for brave and skilled. Trudari puts the two together, and it's the standard we hold: tell owners the truth about how their business runs, then do the skilled work to fix it.
